Meet Peter

Navigating the complexities of public finance with precision and purpose.

A transplant from Chicago, Peter brings over a dozen years of experience in public finance, non-profit and general corporate law. He has served as bond counsel, underwriter’s counsel and issuer counsel on several multi-million dollar transactions and will be an integral part of the Attolles public finance team as we continue to grow.

In addition to representing boards of directors of charitable foundations and organizations, he himself has served on non-profit and educational boards. Committed to ever improving the legal environment for charitable entities to advance their missions, as well as facilitating the focused efforts of municipalities to best serve the taxpayer, Peter’s humble yet strong leadership is a valuable asset for Attolles, both within the firm and in representing our clients.

Peter and his wife Carol live in the Milwaukee suburbs with their four children and, despite the cajoling and needling of the Wisconsin locals, remain steadfast as loyal fans of the Cubs and Bears.
