Rebecca Roeker has dedicated her practice at Attolles Law, s.c. to assisting governmental entities with a variety of legal issues. During her approximately 20 years of practicing law, Rebecca has served in both the private sector and in state service. Rebecca served as Chief Legal Counsel for the Wisconsin Department of Transportation and Chief Legal Counsel for the Wisconsin Department of Agriculture, Trade and Consumer Protection. Rebecca also served as a WisDOT construction project attorney throughout Wisconsin, including in the Southeast Region for major interstate projects. In private practice, Rebecca has represented a variety of governmental entities, real estate developers and other real estate professionals, transportation stakeholder organizations, telecommunications and other private companies, and financial institutions. At Attolles Law, Rebecca’s practice is committed to Wisconsin’s counties, school districts and other organizations committed to public service, and she focuses her practice on land use, zoning, transportation, natural resources, legislative matters, and public finance.
Rebecca is a member of the State Bar of Wisconsin. Rebecca previously served for five (5) years as a Park, Recreation and Forestry Board President and Plan Commissioner and worked with state and national organizations committed to smart conservancy practices and development. Rebecca also previously served as a member of the Wisconsin Realtors Association (WRA) Board as an At-Large Director, and the Wisconsin Transportation Builders Association (WTBA) Associate Member Council.
